Sovah Health today announced that nurse practitioner Tina Bumgarner, ANP-C, has joined Sovah Internal Medicine – Martinsville.
Tina received her Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) at Winston Salem State University (Winston-Salem, NC) and attended nursing school at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing. She became an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-C) through UNC Greensboro (Greensboro, NC). Tina is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
At Sovah Internal Medicine – Martinsville, Tina specializes in annual physicals, geriatrics, management of chronic illnesses, immunizations and vaccines, women’s health services, primary and preventive care, and minor procedures for patients aged 14 and above.
