Sovah Health announced that Karen Oaks, NP has joined its medical staff and is offering wound care services at Sovah Advanced Wound Center - Danville.

Karen received her Doctorate in Health Profession Education at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner certification at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. She also received her Master of Science in Nurse Education and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
At Sovah Advanced Wound Center – Danville, Karen specializes in wound care including hyperbaric medicine, venous insufficiency, traumatic wounds, lymphedema, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, arterial ulcers, and soft tissue infections.
