This was a great experience for me and being in pain.
Friendly, jovial and good listener...
He explained what was going on with my knees and how long I had before we needed to do something about them. Which one was the worst and what we could do until then. Very excellent experience
The Dr didn't wear his mask and said I didn't have to but I wanted to so he put his back on. I also asked to use the restroom and when I went in there I noticed the toilet seat was dirty with poop. It looked like someone tried to clean up but didn't do a good job. So I quietly told the 2 ladies at the front desk and one of them said that they knew that someone had had an accident. I asked if they were going to clean it and they both said that they didn't have cleaning supplies and would have to wait until the cleaning crew came that night. I asked why they didn't just use some alcohol to clean the seat and they just sat there. One of them finally said they would put a note on the door so no one else would go in there. Good thing for us they had a second bathroom. I was appalled. This is a medical office and I've never, NEVER heard of them not having cleaning supplies. After my appointment, I asked the Dr what the protocol was if someone throws up in an office. Do they just let it sit there until the cleaning crew comes? Obviously he did not understand what I was asking so I explained about the bathroom and he said he didn't know anything about it. As I'm checking out, the younger lady did approach me to apologize and said if she had known how bad the bathroom was she would have not suggested I use it and I thanked her for the apology. But I still can't get over it. This was not a bathroom at a gas station, it's a medical office and I have no desire to ever go there again and you can bet that I will not recommend it to anyone else either.
The appointment was a waste of time. Nothing was solved by this appointment.
